T5008 download error

when I downloaded t5008, Turbotax said it couldn't handle all the entries, and some entries seem wrong. I deleted it and entered my gain/loss report in sched 3. Is that right?

You may need to try clearing your web browser's History, including the Cache and Cookies. Old cached web pages can sometimes cause problems with your Internet browser. T5008 download error

Thanks. I found from CRA t5008 files that both broker and fund entered same data. So I may call CRA to see what to do.
