Hello:)) My CRA account is unlocked but the Turbo Tax website mentioned it my account is locked and result code is 15. What should I do??
Do I need to clarify that I changed the mailing address? cuz this is my first time doing a CRA or tax return and I just moved in Feb and we need to call to unlock account

Trying to add T5008 but page is locked. I upgraded to Premium and it still won't unlock. How do I move forward?
