There is a bug in turbotax software. The T4 Provincial Parental Insurance Plan premiums paid from Box 55 of the T4 slip was not copied from the T4 and pasted in Box I of your Relevé 1 slip. Is there a workaround or a software patch to resolve the technical issue.
Those two amounts are both related to PPIP but should not be the same.

It looks like this issue has not been fixed, even though it was reported in 2019. I cannot file online for the same reason. I am very disappointed. I will seek a reimbursement if I don't get a response by April 12th.
