TurboTax 2025 and Windows 10 Standard - Won't startup

Hi, I have installed the Canadian TurboTax 2025 Standard and am using Windows 10 with the Microsoft extended 1-year service but when I run it, it just dies:

I have "repaired" the MSVCR110.dll both 64 and 32-bit versions.

Why can't I run it?
