There is a issue with turbotax online, the website automatically upgraded me from Deluxe to Premier when it was not need as we only had T4,RRSP and charitable donations to enter. I contacted support and was told I will not get a refund for the difference in price, we did not need the Premier edition and were charged for it. There is no way to downgrade once the software decided it wants you to use premium. Also there is a total disconnect with TurboTax for user support, it is not easy to report issues or get help with issues. Might just be the last yar I use TurboTax, have been a user for many years.
I would love for someone to contact me regarding this issue.
