I signed on once, did some work, signed off and tried to sign on again but get the message "all available activations have been used. Error 603" My Standard online version allows for 8 returns. How do I get on again?
Activation number will not let me start to open my account. Says invalid. It is the only number and it is entered correctly.

First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.
Second, please make sure you are using the right code. if you bought TurboTax at an online retailer, they will normally send you the code via email or give you a link where you can get the code.

I input the correct activation code but always invalid.
every 4 digits it shows hyphen . it should be Space only.

Activation says License code is invalid error code 603.
Error 603 usually means that you are entering the code in the wrong version or that you have already activated the code. You possibly have purchased TurboTax Deluxe Online version and if so- you simply need to go here to activate your code turbotax.ca/activate. If you have already done so then please simply log into your TurboTax online account.

I entered my 16 digit licence code accurately. It was accepted and sent me aa message on my phone with a 6 digit numerical confirmation code which I entered accurately. I was xent to the locin screenand was asked to enter my 16 digit licence code again but it wouldn't accept it. What do I do now?
