When should I see my return since I filed back in april

The CRA's goal is to send you a notice of assessment, as well as any refund, within the following timelines:

• online - 2 weeks
• paper return - 8 weeks
• non-resident returns - 16 weeks

These timelines apply only to returns that are received on or before the due date.

You can check the status of your tax refund online in your CRA My Account or by calling the CRA.
