Where do I enter a T4A - box 134?

Since Box 134 represents a Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) taxable amount (or a First Home Savings Account payment to a qualified donee), you need to report it as "Other Information."

Where to find it in the TurboTax DIY version (online):

Go to the Income section in the left-hand menu.

Select T-Slips and then click on T4A—Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income.

On the T4A entry page, scroll down to box 134 on the right side. Enter the dollar amount there.
