Yes also not applied, in spite of logging in and out and clearing cache, etc etc , and then called in to be told that they cannot give me a code for 40% but 20%. if I want the 40% they will have to see the email? they did send it to me, maybe they can check that first, instead of me proving I have an email. what was a positive YAY moment, I get some money off is now a headache....awaiting a call to see what someone higher up the chain can do...
@astinnissen As the email is sent randomly by another department, we do not have the list of the customers who received it. You can send us a screenshot of this email and your order number, and we will get back to you.
