As the subject line stats, Why is TurboTax asking me to enter information for FHSA when I told the software I don't have one.

In TurboTax desktop, the FHSA and RRSP are part of the Registered Savings Plans section, and if you don't have one, you simply don't fill out any information and click continue.

If you are using TurboTax online, you should not get that section unless you checked the box in your Tax profile. From the welcome screen you can click on Tax Profile and verify that these questions are not checked off.
