Why such a Big Price increase for the software-based 21$ per return vs 39 dollars with 10-12 returns in the past years???

Thank you for your feedback. To be clear, there is always a price difference between the online and desktop versions. An online version requires you to pay per return, whereas a desktop version includes 8-12 returns depending on the edition you choose. Yes, it is more cost effective if you are preparing returns for family and friends.
