Turbo Tax is compatible with Windows 10 please verify the following:

Prior to downloading your Turbo Tax software please turn your firewall and antivirus systems off

( It may happen that it can block TurboTax from completely downloading)

Make sure java is up to date,as well as it being saved to your C: drive

Go to control panel, program and delete TurboTax
