Can I claim tuitions fees for T2202A if I received scholarships on BOX 105 of a T4A. I am confused on this as I received a T2202A and T4A's for Box 105.

You will claim both the T2202A AND the T4a.
Some of the scholarship may be taxed while some will be exempt from taxes.
