A primary residence was co-owned and sold. How do I enter the information for both parties? I'm only able to enter it for myself and not my husband.

50/50 co-ownership. I entered my 50% amounts but was not able to enter the other 50% for my co-owner. It showed the summary and moved on to RRSPS.

In Easystep mode, you will need to select the checkbox at the Principal Residence intro screen for your husband to complete the form as well.

In Forms mode, you will need to go to the Principal Residence Worksheet (PRWS) for your husband to complete the info on his return. The final amounts can also be verified on the form T2091.
