Can I claim legal fees (such as fees for applying a eviction order, eviction enforcement fees) as expenses for my rental property?
Yes you apply it to the T776 - Part 4 -Expenses - line 8860 which is for professional/legal fees. Keep all your receipts for future reference in case the CRA wants to see them later.
