Can i make deductions for purchasing an accessible property because i am disabled?

Yes, you may be eligible for deductions. Persons with disabilities are eligible for the Home Buyers Amount (HBA), even if they are not first-time home buyers. A person with a disability is defined as someone eligible for the disability tax credit. To be eligible, the disabled person must purchase the home for the purpose of living in a home that is more accessible or better suited to their needs.

Or you may also qualify for the Home Accesibility Tax Credit
