For Investments, T5008 just shows the sold ones. I bought options for stocks that expired worthless. Can I declare that as Capital Loss? If yes, how?

If you bought options that expired worthless, you can report a capital loss on those transactions by going to the Investment Profile section (Under Income and Expenses) of your TurboTax software and indicating there that you bought and sold securities.  Once you do that, a schedule will be available for you to fill in where you would indicate the proceeds of disposition as being "0" and the adjusted cost base as being the original cost of the options.  That will result in TurboTax calculating the capital loss on the transaction(s).
