HI I have a T5 that has nothing on it but a RETURN OF CAPITAL amount what do I do with this

The "Return of Capital" amount is used to adjust the ACB of the associated securities. It will not impact your tax return by itself unless you have sold some or all of the associated securities. You will need to verify with your account manager that they are tracking the ACB of your securities on your behalf.
