How do I claim US Medicare insurance costs on my Canadian return (US/Canadian citizen retired living in Canada)

Social Security Benefits include Medicare Plan costs and I understand I am supposed to report the gross amount - so where and how do I get credit for or deduct the medical insurance premiums?

FormsView - bottom of page - click on Tslips - Federal Slips- Foreign, this is where you will report your SS benefits.
