I don't have investments, but because I received interest at my bank, your system won't let me have the free Turbo Tax. How do I get around this?

I don't want to pay and "maybe", get a refund..

No, I did not get this resolved.  Upgrading to Deluxe Turbo Tax made ABSOLUTELY no difference in my return.  I had to upgrade to complete the return.  I was encouraged to pay the upgrade and then apply for a refund.  I did this.  The refund request was denied because "Turbo Tax programs are designed to fit your needs."  They don't fit mine.  This will be the last year I use Turbo Tax.  I doesn't "fit" me anymore.
