I have recorded the information for rent paid but it doesn't show up under Ontario energy and property tax credit on the GSTC form. What have I missed?

Under T slips, and Property, I have entered rent paid, # of months, address, roll number etc.  I want to see my estimated Ontario Trillium benefit, but the credit for rent paid remains blank on the GSTC form.
