I paid my taxes already for US(Jan-Oct 2019). When I enter US income from warnings, it reduces my refund for my Canada(Nov-Dec 2019) tax. What do I need to declare?

There are a few things to keep in mind when filing a Canadian tax return and entering your foreign-sourced income; a) Your residency status b) The type of income you are reporting and c) If we have a tax treaty with the country of origin to avoid double taxation which means you would be eligible for a Foreign Tax Credit. Canada has a tax treaty with USA.
