If I left Canada in November, does that make me ineligible for the CWB?

I have a warning saying "You are claiming Canada Workers Benefit (CWB). However, your situation makes you ineligible for CWB. You need to review this claim." Why is this? and where is it reflected on the return?

Is this a warning or an error message? If it is a warning and does not apply to you, disregard it and continue filing.
