If I report my sale of Principal Residence through Turbotax online, do I still need to print out and complete form T2091(IND)?

A newbie here.

My question is - I have converted my principal residence to a rental property and need to report it as deemed sold for the 2023 tax year. If I report it through Turbotax online, do I still need to report it to the CRA by filling in a paper T2091(IND) form and send it by mail?

Thank you

Hi @HikingBasher70

If you file your return electronically (NETFILE) with TurboTax Online and complete the T2091 for the sale of your principal residence, the T2091 will get transmitted to CRA along with your return.  There is no need to print and mail it separately.
