My foreign taxes paid to foreign countries was more than $200 on T2209, how can get the detail line 1 (box 431)? Thanks.

Foreign taxes paid, you would find it under Deductions tab - Payment Profile - Foreign Tax Credit. In order for the line to populate you must ensure you are entering in the incomes/investments/gains amount against the tax paid amount.
