My info from T5008 is included under Dividend, Investment, and Interest as well as Taxable Capital gains. Why? How do I fix this?

Based on the "Type of Income" you listed when you entered the T5008 (Investment/Capital Gain), will determine how it is calculated in your return. 

Go back to the T5008 slip and check your entry just above box 14.
