Prepayment charge on mortgage

My son moved from BC to MB to start a job. When he closed his mortgage he was charged a prepayment charge of 3 months interest ($2380.99) plus an adminstration fee ($7.32) and a discharge registration fee ($29.10). Can any of these be deducted as moving costs?
