    Purchased TurboTax 2021 for Canada from Staples Canada and the key does not work. After 3 weeks, I have no resolution from Staples Canada. HELP!

    Purchased TurboTax 2021 for Canada from Staples Canada and the key does not work. After 3 weeks, I have no resolution from Staples Canada. HELP!
