Qualified motor vehicle expenses - self employed

I am a self employed physiotherapist who travels to various clinics to perform services. I do not have an office at these locations and I do also perform home visits. Is it justifiable to claim that driving from home to the work sites would be classified as business use of the vehicle? My home is where the base of business operations is and is where I perform all administrative functions (eg medical notes, invoicing, etc) and sometimes see patients in my home as well.

Hi

Based on the information you have provided, yes you can claim motor vehicle expenses.

If you were driving to a single place of business, you would not be able to as this would qualify as your regular place of business.
