Currently receiving taxed scholarship in US. Do I include it as foreign income and get foreign tax credit or put it on line 13010? Can't figure out how to put it on Turbo

Saw that there is a scholarship exemption because it is my US PhD stipend (also don't know how to indicate that). But under the impression that I have to report it as foreign income (which I paid taxes for in the states). Don't know how to file this on Turbo as I don't have T4 slip for this either.

If you are a resident of Canada, yes you report it as foreign income.  Make sure to report the taxes you paid in the US under the foreign taxes paid and indicate the country.
