I thought I had ordered TurboTax Desktop from Staples in Canada, but their paperwork shows that I got the on-line version, which I downloaded. They sent the Activation code but it keeps on getting rejected. Can I go back to getting the desktop version & access code??
@Tony517 The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.
If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund
