    My 2023 assessment notice says i have "net capital losses". Are they after the 50% non-deductible portion?

    Carried to 2024.

    My 2023 assessment notice says i have "net capital losses". Are they after the 50% non-deductible portion?

    Each year, the accumulated value of your capital losses becomes your net capital losses, which you may carry forward indefinitely. For more information, please contact CRA.
