I have transferred my 1/2 share in our house to my unmarried adult daughter. Can she claim first time home buyers amount ? (other 1/2 share stands in my wife's name).
My daughter has not owned any house previously and she lives in this house. She had to pay land transfer taxes for the 1/2 share only.
