Spouse's net income while you were living in Canada. How do you get that amount? Would it still be the figure from line 23600?

Yes, it is from line 23600.

Line 23600 of the return: The result of subtracting social benefits repayment and total deductions before adjustment from total income. Net income is used to calculate federal and provincial or territorial non-refundable tax credits. If it applies, enter your spouse's or common-law partner's net income in the "Information about your spouse or common-law partner".
