When entering rent for you and your spouse...?

Hi, are you in Ontario?

If that's the case, you can find the information you're looking for here:

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/5006-pc/5006-pc-14e.html#energy_property_tax_credit

Amounts paid for a principal residence
If you and your spouse or common-law partner lived together on December 31, 2014, enter the total amount of rent or property tax paid for the year, including amounts paid by or for each spouse or common-law partner for a period of separation.

Thank you! Could you possibly help me with another question? For employee expenses I am eligible for a $500 tool allowance as an electrical apprentice. I went through the prompts but the $500 does not show up on the summary, could you possibly run me through the steps once on the page where you have to enter the Trades persons tool expense?
