Turbo tax is saying I need to upgrade because I received money for rent. But I didn’t I was the one paying the rent. How do I fix this on the app?

You entered that you had rental income instead of just entering the "Provincial" section where you paid rent. 

You will return to the interview section and continue until you find the question do you have rental income?
