Would my Mobile Home Sale last year be part of Capital Gains Summary even though it is not my Primary Residence?

We paid $135,000 for it in 2013 and sold in 2020 for $110,000

Thankyou for your question.

The sale of the mobile home would be a part of the capital gains summary as it is not a primary residence. Income tax exemption is only eligible for one's primary residence for every year he/she owned the same
