I am running TurboTax Deluxe for Federal and State on my Mac OSX 10.14.6.
When I attempted to efile, it needed me to pay for the state file which I did with a credit card. The card transaction went through (I received an email that it did.) but the program crashed immediately after the transaction. After repeated tries, the program continues to crash. I am unable to open TurboTax or print out my paperwork and unable to know if the efile even worked. I have not received a confirmation email after five days. What now?!!!
