After downloading my tax return to print and file; I received my new SIN as a permanent resident, is it possible to update my SIN so that I can use NETFILE?

Yes, you will have to notify the CRA immediately as there is a change in your residential status. Once that has been done you can Netfile your taxes. You can update your information online using the CRA’s My Account service, or by calling the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
