How can I print a clean version of my 2021 taxes to mail it in. All the pages have duplicate as a water mark

You will need to go to the "File" section of your return. Continue until it asks if you'd like to NetFile or print to mail your return. You will choose print to mail my return. It will then print out a condensed copy of your tax return, which will see only a few pages—this is what the CRA requests, as they will have all the required documents by checking the barcode on your printed copy of your tax return.
