T1 General 2024

Hi there,

I used Turbo Tax Desktop to file 2024 taxes. I had to re do my Computer Windows this year and lost my T1 General and tt24 files. Is it possible to retrieve the data? 

In CRA online account, I don't find enough information on my expenses, UCC, etc.

Unfortunately, if you used the TurboTax Desktop version and all of the information was deleted from the hard drive, there is no way to retrieve the return (.tt24), and if you did not save a PDF file, Intuit does not have access to your returns for privacy and security reasons.
