How do I file my MFIP benefits as income?

This is my only form of income and without listing it idk how to do my taxes honestly

How do I file my MFIP benefits as income?

If this is your only income, you do not need to file taxes.

 

Those MFIP payments are not taxable and do not need to be reported on your return. You do not need this information to complete your taxes.

 

The Minnesota Family Investment Program, or MFIP, is the state's welfare reform program for low-income families with children. MFIP helps families move to work and focuses on helping families. It includes both cash and food assistance.
