I have been using home and business wife self-employed. I retired two years back wife doesn't have many deductions we have been best off to file standard deductions do I have to file business since we will most likely the program will suggest standard deductions. Can I use program other than h&b to file this year?

Yes, you should be able to use the Deluxe or Premier versions. if you have things like investment sales or real estate rentals, Premier would be the best choice. If you have neither, Turbo Tax Deluxe should be sufficient to use.
