Can i claim RRSP that is from a pension transfer?

Yes, if you have been issued a T4 or T4A with the pension income that was transferred and an offsetting RRSP Contribution slip that shows a "Designated transfer under paragraph 60(J) ITA", you must include both these on your tax return.

Very rarely does a "Direct Transfer" take place anymore where these slips are not issued to you.

Thank you for using TurboTax.
