Can I claim tuition and fees for part-time distance learning graduate classes from University of London in the UK?
The possibility of claiming tuition tax credit when courses are taken outside Canada exists via an online forum. However, there are certain parameters to meet, such as but not limited to at least 13 weeks duration. Please see additional information from the CRA website below:
