Yes, you can still contribute to an RRSP even if you had RRIF and capital gains income from a real estate property in 2022, as long as you meet the other eligibility requirements to contribute to an RRSP.
The amount of your RRIF income or capital gains income from real estate does not affect your ability to contribute to an RRSP. Instead, the main factors that determine your eligibility to contribute to an RRSP are your age, income, and available contribution room.
