Your program only splits one pension, not two as per T4A and per T4-RCA, Both pensions are eligble for splitting but the Optimizer only accepts one. How to fix?

TurboTax is suggesting an amount for Foreign tax deduction under 20(12). Has the software calculated the optimal allocation to minimize overall tax in this 20(12) amount?
How can I avoid splitting the tax deducted on pension income. I used pension income splitting which then automatically split the tax deducted on that pension.
