Do I have to pay CPP on self employment income. If no, how do I stop schedule 8 from calculating it?

I am 41. Can i opt out of CPP on self employed earnings.

If you didn't pay any contribution from a T4 slip, the schedule will be fill automatically from your t2125 form.

But if you paid the maximum on a T4 slip, the schedule 8 won't be fill.
