Open your return and when you complete the section- personal Info Summary- you will see a section- Student- edit it if you have already completed it and  you will check off "Yes" you were a student. Then a pop up will appear where you will check off "Someone else paid my tuition" and continue. Then you will be able to complete  your income tax return without any issue.
