Form T2202A does not allow the student to designate who to transfer the tuition credit to. The physical form from the institution (Dalhousie University Halifax) has this

The paper form has a place to designate a person but turbo tax does not.

The software won't.  You merely enter the T2202 information on the dependant's return, and then also include the information on your own return as a transfer from dependant.  You will keep the actual T2202 receipt in case CRA asks for documentation.
